Guests will be met at the apartment on arrival to be shown around (day or night arrivals). Beds will be made up and bath, hand and tea towels are also provided; we ask only that you bring your own beach towels.

Airport transfer can be arranged at your request and additionally your shopping list can be made up ready for your arrival. Kapparis is the ideal location for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, only a short distance away from the main tourist and commercialised resorts.

This spacious three bedroom apartment in Kapparis, overlooks Famagusta Bay, in the Famagusta District of Southern Cyprus.

How to get there
Direct flights many UK airports. Closest airport to the apartment is Larnaca 65k (45mins by car/taxi). Paphos is about 2 hours drive away; worth considering as flights can be cheaper (airport transfer can be arranged). There are many car hire companies based locally (details on request) and we recommend hiring a car for your stay. From 31st March 2009 Easyjet are planning flights from London to Larnarca.

Conditions
Full conditions of hire, and cost, will be sent on application. Prices quoted will be for parties of 4 and 6 people. Additional persons charged at £30 per person per week. Sleeps a maximum of 8. A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakages/damages deposit of £100 is required on all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded, less deductions for losses, damages, breakages etc., within 7 days of the end of your holiday.
